Returns

We want to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. That is the reason we are offering you a 14-day return policy. If, for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item based on our Returns Policy described below: 

OUR RETURNS POLICY:

We can offer you a refund or exchange for your purchase only within 14 days from the day it is delivered to you. After 14 days, unfortunately, we will not be able to entertain your request for a return or refund.

To initiate your return, please complete your return request by visiting our Returns Center within 7 days of delivery, explaining the reason for your return. Please include as much details in your email as possible. If you are returning an item because it was damaged during shipping or because you received a wrong item, please also include. You will need your order number and your email address to complete your return request. Please proved as much details as possible in your request form and include the photos of the item also.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, and must be in its original condition and in the original packaging. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

Once your email is received, we will send you an email with a Return Authorization Number. Returns received without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted upon arrival.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be applied to your original method of payment. 

Please note that depending on the time it takes us to process your return and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request, it may take up to 20 business days to receive your refund, after your return is delivered to us.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance Items:

Only regular and sale-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items and gift cards cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

You can only exchange an item if it was damaged during shipping or if you received an incorrect item. If you need to exchange it, please send us an email at hello@jewellerymatters.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item you wish to exchange. We will provide you further instructions after we review your email. If we do not have the same item in stock, we will provide you an option to select another item of equal value or provide you a full refund for that item.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error like shipping you the wrong item or the item was damaged during shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We can't offer you a refund or exchange if we do not receive your returned item.

Cancellations:

After you place your order, it will take us approximately 24 hours to process and ship it. This gives you 24 hours to cancel your order or make changes to it after you place it. Once a tracking number has been assigned and an email has been sent to notify you about it, you cannot cancel or change your order.

We will process your refund within 1-3 business days after you cancel your order. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on the time your bank takes to process our refund request, it may take up to 14 business days to receive your refund.
